Developing Your Life at Equip 07 “Continuing Your Lifelong Pursuit of Wisdom” is the name of the 2007 conference of the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches. Tim Boal, Moderator in 2007, is hoping this time of equipping will be the next step in the advancement of a lifelong learning environment in the FGBC.

In 2005 our first ever Equipping Conference was held on the campus of Grace College and Seminary. Then Moderator Dan Allan helped us break new ground as a Fellowship of Churches by designing a conference for continuing education.  What added to the conference was the sense of true community that developed among us as we fellowshipped together in this new conference setting. The ongoing dream of Equip 07 is to advance better training for better ministry by making lifelong learning normal for our pastors, missionaries, wives, and workers. In the process we will also strengthen our FGBC relationships by enjoying time in fellowship together on the Grace Campus.

As you prepare for this conference you will notice the following:

• An emphasis on four significant areas of life development – personal, family, church community, and mission.
• Learning categories that are ordered around the concept of acquiring wisdom for a lifetime of service to Christ
• Experts in a variety of fields designed to help lead and stimulate your thinking in your field of interest
• Plenty of opportunity for personal interaction in and out of the classroom

More than 35 modules have been carefully designed, taught by a variety of quality facilitators. The result is a week that will benefit anyone who wants to make an impact for Jesus Christ.

Also, take note of the sports camps available for your children and the many special activities designed for your enjoyment throughout the week.

We will have two great celebrations together, the FGBC business meeting for official delegates and time for our cooperating organizations to conduct important corporation meetings.  We will jump-start each day together with breakfast and a devotional.
Equip07 also gives the opportunity to begin or continue a degree program at Grace Seminary.
